At Kohler, I am working on a corporate collaboration project focused on the next generation of spa and daily wellness experiences. My work involves conducting user research and developing multisensory design concepts around hydrotherapy, self-care, and smart living. The project explores the intersection of wellness, minimalism, and sustainable lifestyles, with an emphasis on improving emotional and sensory engagement.

At DiDi, I designed badge page for the premium ride-hailing driver platform, boosting retention and increasing monthly active users by 11%. I also created campaign popups for driver incentive programs, reaching over 100,000 users. Additionally, I contributed to a large-scale event with 500+ attendees and 10,000 online viewers, focusing on material design and process planning, while also supporting 11 live streaming events with promotional materials and design assets.

Additionally, I supported the product and demand-side design of the MR Observation Deck and assisted in expanding the company’s MR education system into international markets, helping to strengthen its global presence.
